Radisson Resort Parkway

Arrived for my check in, front desk girl told me about the $6.90 resort fee. What she didn't tell me was it was per night, per room.

Went to complain, she couldn't careless. Rude, arrogant.

Will never go back.

Wasn't worth the money, the amount of money I spent at that dump, I should have got a free breakfast but what they should have - "$50 for three adults, kids eat free, but we'll charge the shit out of you"

Check in was WONDERFUL and FLAWLESS! ! My reservation was completely in order, and the staff helped me get everything to my room. In fact, the staff was excellent! There was not a single staff member that didn't go above and beyond what was expected.

When I got to my room, I was very pleasantly surprised. First off, the King sized bed was a Select Comfort bed. . . which meant that it was exactly as I wanted it. I LOVED THIS BED.

Then, the fact that they have a fridge in the room was a big plus.

The desk and office chair were great too. The internet worked great right from the room (no charge) and everything else in the main part of the room was beautiful and well ordered.

The bathroom was amazing! Marble tile in the bathroom! I LOVED IT! It was plenty big and all the things you would expect to find in an upscale hotel were there.

There was a Pizza Hut in the Lobby. . . A PIZZA HUT! ! ! Of course, they had a nice restaurant and sports bar too. There was an arcade, and a convenience store in the lobby too.

Two pools, a hot tub, and a nice gym rounded things off nicely as well.

There were even coin operated washers and dryers in every tower of the hotel. This was great!

I would definetely return to this hotel again and again.

The location was fantastic. . . close to restaurants, Disney World (less than a mile) and so much more.

I loved this hotel!

Our room was just average! The room had a very strong mold smell and after checking other rooms, they all had that smell. The staff was really nice, but this property spends their entire operating budget on the office building and not their rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and really nice, the grounds were nice. The parking lot was not secure, and there were non-guest type people walking around during the night. The outside doors and elevators were open 24/7 and there was no security in the remote hallways... My wife did not feel safe here, walking to and from the pool after dark. We might stay here again, but NOT in building 6000! Shop around; there are better deals around than this Radisson.

The only thing we disliked was the location. We do not like the touristy aspect of Kissimmee.

They were extremely helpful getting me a last minute early check in. The room was much nicer than expected and the price was very reasonable.

This hotel made me feel secure: I had to show my id and confirm several pieces of information to get a new room key. The environment was friendly.
