Radisson Quad City Plaza Hotel - Page 2

I loved the Sleep Number beds because that is what I have at home and it was a pleasant surprise. I also like the television reception and choice of channels.

The hotel has a nice location and a friendly staff. The rooms were nice but the bedding could have been more comfortable, with direct temperature and humidity control.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in attendant was very helpful.

They were very friendly and helpful. We had a medical emergency during our stay and they were extremely helpful in calling an ambulance and getting us a cab back to the hotel. The only problem occurred when checking-in. The room they gave us already had someone in it!

This is a great hotel, it's very nice. But the bar isn't fully stocked and ran out of certain things. Overall, however, it was good.

The young man who I think is just out of school, young anyway, was wonderful, kind and very accommodating. He's quite a nice addition to the hotel staff. The hotel's location to the Mark was great. I especially loved the beds!

I found my stay pleasant. I enjoyed the room view and easy access to a walking trail along the Mississippi River.

I love this chain and have high expectations.

The Radisson was excellent as usual.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I had a nice sized room with a comfortable chair. The elevator was readily available; there was access to the parking garage via the skywalk.
