60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is the worst Hotel in the world, bar none. Foul smelling room, poorly-lit, dingy parking garage, and the slowest restaurant service in history. The air conditioner in our room dripped fluid all over the carpet, so we had to walk on a wet carpet. The room temp said 66 degrees, but the room was always hot. The wireless internet is the poorest we've ever used. No bathtub mat in the bathtub and I slipped and fell; put an 8 inch abrasion on my left shin and a big bruise on my left elbow. They charge 18 percent gratuity for room service, but NONE of it goes to the waitress staff. A nasty pizza in the restaurant one evening made me deathly ill. They charge $6.00 a day to park in their congested, foul-smelling parking garage. For the price, there are better Hotels in the area than this one. Stay away!!!

Excellent
The Radison has a great buffet for special occasions. I took my mother there for Thanksgiving dinner, they had a tremendous selection for our holiday meal.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area. The river view was a pleasure to see from our large room which featured a living area, with a sofa bed, refrigerator, and microwave. The pool was clean, not too much chlorine, and could be viewed from the exercise room, if you have children. The menu is very good and cost efficient, also the Sunday brunch is worth the trip. We found the housekeeping service very helpful and willing to do their best to service our needs.
We received immediate attention at the desk. The card was ran through twice, not made to be a big issue. We were told to call down if we needed anything.
I am very likely
to return to the Radisson Quad City Plaza.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms were pretty quiet. I liked the layout, allowing to walk all around a floor. The service in the restaurant was very slow, I waited over twenty minutes for a bowl of soup.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Quad City Plaza.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was excellent for walking or driving to downtown locations. We walked to the casino, biked the path along the Mississippi River, and attended the Midwests largest holiday Thanksgiving Parade. In addition the Sleep Number beds were one of the reasons we returned to this hotel. The restaurant food was excellent, both for dinner and brunch. This hotel was family friendly, yet quiet.
The room temperature and cleanliness were good. The TV worked well and the lighting was good. We were able to enjoy a meal and not leave the premises.
I am not likely
to return to the Radisson Quad City Plaza.
I would not recommend it to friends.
