48 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It is a super motel with a helpful front desk staff and sleep number beds. The motel pool was down for renovation, but free golf cart ride to another pool was available. The restaurant service was slow and the food was of poor quality for the price.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We loved the ducks at the golf course, as well as the easy sliding door access from the back side of our room. The front desk personnel was available and ready to help. When my daughter had a headache, they found some Tylenol.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was told we would have a patio for smoking and we were no given that room so we had to stand outside.

27 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I recently went there just to go for the night. We had the Poco Diablo room and it was beautiful!

The stay was great and the food was excellent, although, I booked the stay through Expedia and prepaid for the room. After I left the hotel, they charged me for the room again. They said that they didn't show that I had paid through Expedia.

Now I am out over $200.00 because someone there can't do their job correctly. I will be getting my money back!

28 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location was slightly out of town, but not far enough. The setting and views were great. The concierge was very helpful. My room featured kitchenette sink and mini-fridge. We had no problem checking in at two A.M. The red rock passes available at desk was nice. I disliked nothing.

This hotel made me feel excited: The setting among the red rocks made us more eager to take advantage of the area's trails. The concierge was able to direct us to some memorable areas like the Cathedral Rock and other trails.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel had a great location among red rocks, slightly outside of town, so it had a very relaxing atmosphere. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had a good workout facility compared to most hotels. I could purchase Red Rock Canyon parking pass at front desk, which was necessary to park at almost every trail in the area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was cleaned thoroughly. The staff made good recommendations for activities based on what we said we were interested in.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.
