We stayed one night at this hotel while on vacation. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and reasonably quiet. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. However, the Lord Baltimore restaurant is to be avoided at all costs. We went to the Sunday breakfast buffet. Our first table was dirty and the coffee mugs still had the dregs from the last diner's breakfast. They moved us to another table, but when we unwrapped the silverware, there was dried food on two knives. When we went up to the buffet, the first five plates we picked up were all filthy. When the staff brought out fresh plates from the kitchen, the first two we picked up were dirty. There was no butter out for the toast and the eggs were so undercooked that everyone was asking the staff to take their plates back to the kitchen to cook them longer. The staff were pleasant but didn't seem the least concerned with these problems or trying to fix them. I would never go back there again and would strongly recommend that other guests make other dining arrangements.
