I love the rooms. I have been to this hotel 3 times. every time there was a jacussi in the room amazing showers, comfortable beds and kitchenettes. Room service is amazing. The restaurants have DELICIOUS food. We went there right after our wedding...
The hotel/conference center was beautiful, however, the staff was not helpful. I did not receive the room reserved and we were on a private floor when I made this know to the front desk they said that room types aren't guaranteed. They then...

It has a nice location in downtown Kalamazoo. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, although the valet parking was not worth the cost. There were multiple restaurants at different quality levels, which was nice.
All of the employees asked how my stay was going, whether at the front desk, valet, or waiting for an elevator. Everyone referred to me as sir or Mister.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location, the comfort and the service were all good. It was a good place to stay. I was there as staff for an event. A room with valuables for the event was locked at night as expected, but it was unlocked by the hotel staff before arrival of the event staff. Luckily, no items were lost.
The check in staff was courteous and helpful. The event rooms were set up correctly and just what we needed. The event went smoothly for all concerned.
