Clean, comfortable, up-to-date room with free wi-fi. Staff efficient, friendly and accommodating. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Lack of swimming pool the only downside.

We are very disappointed in the cleaning staff here. The sheets on the first night did not seem quite clean. We figured we'd have them changed the next day (you have to leave a card on your pillow for them to change the sheets) - well it's the last...

The night I checked in, the carpet between the two beds was soaking wet, and I ruined a pair of socks with some kind of stain that came off it. The next day the elevator jammed, then dropped, with me in it, and got stuck with someone else in it...

This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and rather large. Decoration was not terribly exciting, but it was serviceable. Big fluffy down comforter on the bed was a nice touch, but way too hot to actually use. The bathroom was quite nice...

From the time I valet parked my car to the time I checked out, the service was superb. The rooms are wonderful and FireLake restaurant has a wonderful flare. I will be back next month for another visit.

The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever come across! If you like to be treated like garbage than come on down to the Radisson!! Do me a favor and don't waste your money or time with this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels that are in much more fun areas. This one is checked off the list for everyone!!!
