Horrible
The service during the reception was great. That's all the positive things I have to say. Sara, who is in charge of the event planning, doesn't have a clue on what she is doing. And don't bother giving her detailed information to help...

Okay
Clean & comfortable. The fellow that checked us in was very rude. When we called the motel to check on our room they said we had a 2 double beds non smoking. When we got there they only had 1 king size and charged us an upgrade cost.
34 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Walking distance from a dozen bars and nightclubs. Unbelievable brunch on sunday for a very fair price. Compared to other local hotels of lesser value the room rate at the Paper Valley is competitive while providing much more than the others. The only reason this wonderful hotel did not receive a full 10 rating is the fact that my wife and I had to deal with a "baby's first potty" sized toilet in our bathroom. Everything else was wonderful, and we will be going back for a weekend trip again soon.

Public areas spacious and clean - staff professional and friendly.Parking garage spaces are so tight only compact cars can get doors open without banging another vehicle. Lobby and public areas all very spacious and clean. Staff very accommodating....
