Radisson Lexington Hotel New York

My first visit to NY and picked the hotel based on appearance and price. Not bad! However the service lacked. First day there were not towels in the bathroom, other than two wash clothes that i had to lay on the floor for a bathmat and a hand towel that i used to dry off with. I called the front desk and also asked a housekeeper who was in the linen closet and she said i had to call the front desk. We had theatre tickets and needed to shower. The towels finally arrived after I was forced to use the wash clothes for mats and the hand towel to dry off with! The bathroom sink was backed up, filled to the top and drained slowly. No one ever looked up when they spoke with me at the front desk. No smiles, no good morning, how are you? We had a non smoking room, which i thought was on a non smoking floor, however smoke was entering our room from someone smoking in another room.

By the way i never did get a complete set of towels, no bath mat, never got back wash clothes....Bring your own if you are smart!

This place is awful. I stayed here many times and for some dumb reason kept going back. Each time it got worse and worse. The front desk people are very rude. They don't care about the guests at all. You are paying a great deal amount to stay here and it is not worth it. The rooms are dirty, the showers leak, and I found blood on a bed sheet. It is a disgusting place.

It was a good experience. The service was very good. The location was perfect.

The room could have been cleaner. The bed was very comfortable. It was the best sleep I ever had for the price I paid.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The chairs were very comfortable.

The hotel has a good location and it is good value.
