The hotel is convenient to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The room was clean and entirely adequate. Parking was expensive, so we turned our car into the rental agency and lost the ability to travel into Las Angeles for dinner. The restaurant was very good, but this stay the service was slow. The bartender in the lobby bar got involved with talking to two ladies and did not pay any attention to his other customers for a good half hour (not good).

I booked into your hotel to stay for two days before I returned to Australia. I booked a king size bed in a single non-smoking room online.
When I arrived in the room, I was extremely disappointed to see two single beds, not the one king I had paid for. I was also distressed that the room positively REEKED of cigarette smoke.
After calling reception and letting them know, I was told that 'if you book online you dont get a say in your room'. I was disgusted - it shouldn't make any difference HOW you book as long as you book!! He said he would try to find me a room that had a king in it but that it would take half an hour. I said I would wait.
Almost an hour later and I was hungry and tired and just wanted to get some lunch and have a sleep and still I had heard nothing from downstairs. I was quite distressed by this time but noticed a form on the bed stating the hotel managers details and a phone number to call if I had any problems. I called the number and spoke to a lovely woman (can't recall her name but it was the name on the card). Within half an hour, I was placed in a DELIGHTFUL room with a king bed AND an extra room!! Obviously she had placed me well above what I had initially ordered! I was completely thrilled! I thanked her very much and continued on to have a lovely stay and would most definitely now reccommend your hotel (and most definitely your manager!) to others.

When we checked in, there was a huge roach on the floor at the front desk, our toilet was broken and we had to flush it from inside the tank, and the TV did not work.
Frankly, we traveled California for 10 days and stayed in hotels every night, but avoided Radissons as a result of this experience.

The rooms were stuffy even with the cooling vent on -- which was a bit loud. We were not pleased that the TV was old and started working with dozens of horizontal lines instead of a clear picture. As the TV warmed up the lines were replaced by a normal picture....A decent TV should replace this one. The pool was most enjoyable; however, the outside of the building viewed from the pool was awful--peeling paint on disgusting wooden door and what appeared to be mildew or black oil on the side of the building. On a better note, we had dinner in the dining room and the food was excellent.

Everything was fine except the mattress. It was horrible. I was up all night trying to find a comfortable spot between the springs. You either need new mattresses or mattress tops.

The elevators were poor and noone answered the phone at the front desk when I called. The shuttle to the airport is very slow and we ended up taking a taxi to the terminal.
