Easy access to freeways; in a quiet area; parking excellent.There was a mouse in our room; surrounding shops very high priced. Radisson at cross keys served our needs well for a sports team competing in a nearby tournament. Very friendly staff...

Build reflected very high quality for its day. Time has taken its toll.Old style ac/heat didn't allow us to cool room to our liking. Select comfort bed was a disappointment. Give me a good Westin bed anytime.
Cute d�cor.Apathetic, unhelpful staff who were slow and unfriendly. Great rooms, wonderful decor but hardware of the hotel was lacking. Staff were slow and unhelpful, no warm in the house.
