The staff were very accommodating. Everyone made me feel welcome. The crab cakes in the restaurant were the best I've had in years.

This hotel is in an odd gated community where retail shops are sparsely visited and many were closed. The rooms were ok, though I had broken glass in my bathroom. But the reason not to stay there is the restaurant. The food was really bad (some was inedible), and myself and a colleague had stomach trouble for days afterward. But, one night we actually saw a mouse run through the bar toward the kitchen. Do not stay at this hotel! It needs serious renovations.

I am not likely to return to the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It is an excellent hotel and I will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people greeted you with friendly smiles. Everyone asked if there was anything they could do for you.

I am very likely to return to the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys.

The location was perfect. The room could use some updating.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were helpful and responsive.
