26 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful. We had a suite that did not have a working hot tub (The only reason we wanted the suite) and the staff would not give us another room. Especially for having our wedding reception there that night. It didn't matter that it was our wedding night. We refused to stay there because they were so rude to us. I recommend never staying at the Eastlake Radisson.
