The staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful. We had a suite that did not have a working hot tub (The only reason we wanted the suite) and the staff would not give us another room. Especially for having our wedding reception there that night. It didn't matter that it was our wedding night. We refused to stay there because they were so rude to us. I recommend never staying at the Eastlake Radisson.

The room was supposed have been a handicapped room; their version of handicapped was a regular room with just a bar on the bathtub wall and it was in the wrong place. The location of room was perfect -- it was right next to an outside door.
