All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but a little old and worn looking. They had a very friendly and welcoming restaurant staff. The restaurant food was below expectations.

39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room we were given smelt very bad, like a baby had been changed and never properly cleaned up after. There was not another room available and two different service people came and disagreed with us that there was an unpleasant smell. They put in a machine which was supposed to remove cigarette-smoke smell, which made the room smell worse. We ended up leaving the windows open all weekend and that mitigated the situation somewhat.
I was traveling with a group of hobbyists, who have a convention at this hotel every year. The hotel staff always welcomes us and treats us with respect.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel and Suites Chelmsford.
I would not recommend it to friends.
