The hotel was easy to find from the highway. The staff was courteous and helpful. The suite in which I stayed was spacious and quite comfortable.
The hotel staff aimed to please. I was greeted each time I passed the front desk. Requests were met with warmth and a smile. I've stayed at other hotels where the staff made me feel I was annoying them with my questions. I never had that impression during my stay at this hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel and Suites Chelmsford.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
