Radisson Hotel and Suites Austin

I booked the hotel because it had a pool. The pool was out of service. The staff was poorly trained and unhelpful. Getting service was very hard.

The location of the hotel was great. The TGI Fridays restaurant was also a plus. The breakfast was not a great service though.

I liked the bed. I did not like the setup of the hotel. I found it to be old looking. The room did not have some of the features I have had in the past.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They upgraded my room to a suite. They did not have the room I had requested. They also had a nice valet system.

Fridays and Starbucks were their in house restaurants. The location was close to most places we visited.

This hotel made me feel respected: They used our last names when they addressed us.

It was a good stay and I had no problems. I slept well in the comfortable bed. I would stay there again.
