Some of the rooms have been refurbished with the new beds which are super comfortable, a big plus. For aviation afficionados, the scenery can't be beat. Restaurant downstairs is one of the area's best, jazz / blues on the weekends in the bar, lovely atmosphere. Sometimes during football season it is slightly noisier, but not so much to disturb your sleep, and the staff is always prepared to handle complaints about teams staying there. One of my favorites in the area.
We flew to airstrip behind hotel, and we were given a room overlooking it at our request. Beautiful rooms, wonderful beds. Best sleep in a long time! Vinter's restaurant is highly recommended.
