The staff were very helpful & the hotel was conveniently located. We were delighted with the hotel, especially since it conveniently located next to the Convention Center where our meetings were. The hotel staff were great.

Asked for a nonsmoking room, but received a smoking room that was so bad we could not stay in the room. Hotel moved us to another smoking room that was ok but not great. No vents nor windows to open and clear out the smoke. Carpets stained. Not a 3...

The hotel was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only draw back was I called and requested a non-smoking room, which they said was set aside, but when we got there we had to stay in a smoking room.
pros: locationThe air conditioner was broken and made very loud noises all night long. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. You have to pay for parking even if you're a guest there. The pool is VERY small. ...
