Radisson Hotel Saddle Brook Hotel - Page 1

It was conveniently located, it was clean, the staff was friendly, it had a great pool, we had no problems at all and we enjoyed our stay! They should get some sort of carpeting or tread in the pool area and the hallway leading to the pool. The tile was very slick, even when not wet! It did not seem very practical in that particular area! I could imagine someone slipping and falling very easily!

The sleep number bed was fantastic but the pool was unavailable during my stay. This has been my second time here and I would stay again.

This hotel made me feel important: Because I am a very young customer, I usually get treated as such. However, at the Radisson hotel I did not feel as if I were treated differently because of my age.

The hotel has a convenient location. They provide excellent service.

I liked the club floor amenities.

The hotel was older and had not been particularly well kept up. The room and bathroom were dingy. I probably would not stay there again.
