Radisson Hotel SFO Airport Sierra Point

Service attentive but inept. Couldn't remember the order but did not bother to write it down. Tried to steer us to high price choices. Not enough personnel for demand, resulting in long wait for food and partial delivery of incorrect order. Difficulty getting attention of waiter. Profusely apologetic but without improvement in service. I ate a breakfast I didn't order or want because of the time pressure to move on with my day. I did not return to the restaurant after that.

The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself look nice from the outside. The room was pretty good size but I didn't like the bed. The linens was uncomfortable and the comforter feels dirty. There were nothing within walking distance.

I used this hotel so that I could get to the airport first thing the next morning, and it was surprisingly good.

It's nothing interesting or beautiful, but it's a great option if you need or want to stay at the airport.

They were friendly and nice. It was clean and comfortable.

It had easy access to the freeway, yet it was far back enough to be private.
