Horrible
We just spent the weekend at the Clarion to go see the Martina McBride concert. The hotel was dirty, not kept up and we were placed in a room above the kitchen. They decided to do work on the kitchen while we were there in the middle of the night....

In general, we liked the hotel very much. The only problem we had was with parking. We had to pay for parking and we often had a problem finding a place to park because the small parking area was also open to the public. As guests we felt we should be guaranteed a place to park.

I had signed up for free breakfasts and when I asked at the hotel they had to check on it because they did not know anything about it. The food in the restaurant was not up to what I thought it should have been. The room was average for what you would expect at the Clarion hotel. But otherwise everyone was very helpful.

They had terrible service in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. An ice cold room upon check in, the heat was turned off. The sheets on the bed were not changed upon my arrival. The Kleenex dispenser was empty in the bathroom. The room was really not that clean, it needs a remodel.
