The shuttle was perfect.Lots of work going on. Asked for a Sam's club and was told not in this area. There was one about 5 miles away. Nice hotel, convenient to airport.

Room size was great. Front desk workers were very friendly.Don't know anything negative. I was amazed at the size and luxury of my room (suite) when I walked in. I was on the first floor, so had no distance to walk with a cane.

We were upgraded to a nice suite because they didn't have the king bed I asked for.There was no TV in the sitting room only in the bedroom. A very pleasant place to stay with comfortable beds and a friendly staff.

Quality of food was impressive and exceeded expectations.Lack of fitness center. Pleasantly surprised at the quality and professionalism of staff. Preparation and quality of meals far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Johnson & Wales University.
