Only the fourth floor residents get the continental breakfast. And I was charged twice for my room which caused a lot of problems on my account. Also the hotel promised to refund my account almost a week ago and I have not seen a response yet. When I approached them about refunding my Account they refused to refund the overdraft fees accrued by their mistake. The only thing they offered was another night for free. I am not happy with the service I received by the hotel staff. My recommendation if you are going to a hotel in Portland for a large event or conference is to not stay at the Radisson.

The people at the hotel had a excellent shuttle service to the airport.The room was not well cleaned and carpet was filthy. Hair on pillow shams. The hotel was not too far away from the hotel. The shuttle service was great.
