The Radisson Hotel Carteret is hopeless when it comes to awarding you your airline mileage points. They should give you 500 Eurbonus points per hotel night on your Scandinavian Airlines Card, but they repeatedly fail to do so. Bad service overall. Not recommended.

Being that we needed two separate rooms, one smoking and one not, there were no problems in making a reservation, the only thing we had to sacrifice was indoor pool.
The staff was very helpful and easy to understand. We couldn't believe how easy the hotel was to find. The rooms were very clean, the only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. That was the only complaint we had for the three days and two nights we were there. They even had a free shuttle bus to and from the train station as our intent was to get to and from Manhattan.
The food, and sports bar were also very good, the staff made you feel relaxed, never rushed. It's too bad we didn't have a longer stay. We will definitely use this hotel again if we need to return to the area.

Good
I just moved into town and was trying to find a nice place for my son's birthday. The town has another hotel that looked a little run down, but after finding this place i was very happy with my choice. It's new and had just opened a few months ago....

Its a beautiful new hotel with super-comfortable adjustable beds, very clean and nice-smelling lobby and rooms, not too much noise from other rooms, temperature in room stayed comfortable without adjustment, and the shower water pressure was good.
When the restaurant closed unexpectedly early, the manager found a nearby restaurant and reimbursed the breakfast and even offered a driver to go there. The restaurant food was good, although a little pricy.
