Horrible
We had tickets to a show at Mohegan Sun so, as the hotel had a shuttle and it was a *Radisson*, thought we couldn't go wrong by staying there. Wrong! Not enough room here to list everything that went wrong but the first thing that struck us...
With the exception of the front desk, the service was poor. The restaurant service is very bad and the price/value poor. We stayed 2 nights, and dirty towels were left in the bathroom, and no clean towels added. This is a nice upscale hotel and the...
37 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The hotel was awful dirty unkept and disgusting. The hotel has no security beware of parking your car there over night. My car and two other cars were broken into on the same night, not only did "security" miss the breakins but they didnt even notice it till I reported that my car was broken into. The hotel staff didnt even walk the parking lot when I reported my car window smashed, the other two hotel guests found their cars broken into. How lazy can the hotel staff be when they dont even walk the grounds to see if other cars were broken into? I was throughly disgusted when I tried to ask for help at the desk with getting the police station phone number the lazy disgruntled front desk person told me to use my cell phone and dial 911 - obviously not smart enough to know that use of 911 is for emergencies only. Customer service is more than lacking at this hotel... No one bothered to address any of my issues till I sent an email to corporate- absolutely the rudest employees. Do not stay here you will be sorry!
I was very disappointed in this place. We have always wanted to stay in a "luxury" hotel but this wasn't it. Thank God my husband owns his own online travel agency because we paid half of the regular rate for two double beds that were...

Mediocre
I lived at the Radisson for a semester when i was at college and i wanted to stay longer but a relationship i had with an employee there, ruined that for me. This Bartender who turned out to be nice in the beginning, got along well with me and...
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the Coast Guard Academy. We needed to be there very early - 6am. We arrived the day before and were told that although we had booked 2 double beds/non-smoking room, only our reservation was...
We stayed there because we were going to see Billy Joel at Mohegan Sun. We went to the restaurant for dinner. I got the baked stuffed chicken breast. The stuffing was great, the potatoes were tasteless and the sauce on the chicken was so bland and ...
My fiance and I stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is great, as it's close to a number of sights. However when we arrived, our room smelled of smoke when we requested a non-smoking room. We went back to the lobby to request...

Good
I stay at this hotel about every other month and staff have always been very helpful. They even kept the lounge open an extra hour so we could relax when we arrived late. I think the location of the hotel is great. It's within walking distance of...
I think this is an excellent hotel for the value. Right in the heart of downtonw New London. I have been here two weeks and not had a problem. The restaurant is excellent, pricey, but that's to be expected at a hotel restaraunt.
