The airport location was great. The restaurant was awful. The furnishings were dark. The family reunions were noisy with unsupervised kids all over the place.

I found the staff helpful and pleasant. My flight had been cancelled due to bad weather and many people were scrambling for hotel rooms. It’s a great location, clean and comfortable, with easy access to Beal Street, Sun Records, and Graceland. The hotel staff went out of their way to assist me finding my way around Memphis. I will stay there again when I am in Memphis.
I enjoyed my stay and did not look to be treated with any special effort. The staff did make every effort to assist me with going to some places in Memphis I had not been in a number of years. They made me feel very comfortable and made my stay enjoyable.
