It was close to Disneyland. They allowed us to check in way before the time that was allowed. The room service was very punctual as well.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I felt elegant because the room felt very clean, tidy, relaxing and quiet.

We have stayed in this hotel twice and both times we had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is close to the Convention Center and Disneyland.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The bellboy welcomed us when we drove up to the front door. The people at the front desk were very cheerful and they were able to answer all of our questions.

The location was not bad, it was not as close as they advertise or make it seem. The rooms were not as nice as we were led to believe and they put us in a smoking room first, but they did correct the problem when we let them know. I do not believe they are worth the price, the rooms were noisy and I knew a lot more from being there ten years ago then the concierges did.

The evening front desk agent was very rude and helped others before me.

I booked a room here because of the somewhat decent price and proximity to Disneyland for my wife, two children and myself.

I called twice in the same day just to double check that our unusually late (or early 2 am!) arrival time and all was known to avoid any confusion or problems. When we arrived, tired and ready for rest after a long drive, the nice lady at the front desk gave me our key and off we were. When we got to the room, my children walked in first as I held the door open for them and my wife. Then I was just about to flip the light switch on when my wife gasped "There's someone in here!" I looked up and saw feet hanging off one of the beds and shoes and clothes, etc. all over the floor!

I grabbed my children and we hurried back to the elevator to make our way to the lobby. The nice, young lady apologized and gave me another key. I accepted the apology and went to the next room that was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. I went back to the desk, smiled and said, "I'm sorry, I think we'll just go somewhere else." The lady smiled, took the key back and said, "Ok, have a nice day."

She was polite, but anything but helpful. Don't go to this hotel!

I disliked the pillows. They were too small and not comfortable. I liked the free wireless internet connection, but it would have been nice if I could have been informed of this service earlier. I did not find this out until I asked the front desk on the second day.

All was fine with our original room, except the mattress. We had to switch rooms.

The location was wonderful. The service was great. It was great value for money.

I used the hotel mainly as a base of operations and rest. All questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. The room service was excellent. The price was very reasonable.

This hotel made me feel content: All staff was very polite and courteous. When in my room, I felt secure and comfortable. Plus, it was quiet. It does not take much for me to feel content. I do expect people in the service related industry to be competent and I was not disappointed.

The room size was just right for the travel I was doing. We were not in the room long enough to really judge quality. The bathroom was clean, and the cleaning staff did a very good job.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at the Radisson before and never had a dirty room. There was water leaking on the bathroom floor and they had underwear wrapped around the leak. The staff was not very helpful. We would not stay at this hotel again, ever!

My stay was okay. Service was as expected.

This Radisson was experiencing low volume. The front desk didn't like to answer the phone and it rang at least 15 times before someone picked up. They cancelled the breakfast buffet and closed the restaurant (making guests eat in the bar at very small and uncomfortable tables) due to the low volume. The room itself was comfortable but unassuming. The view was nonexistent from any room. The laundry area was small but efficient and inexpensive. The outdoor pool was small and unsupervised.

The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with the room's air conditioner, and with little fuss and bother, we were given new rooms. The hotel's location is very convenient for Disney World.

This hotel made me feel respected: When we had the problem with the air conditioning unit, I felt they truly wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible and respected me as a guest.

I liked the location and assistance that the hotel provided.

The Radisson was a good value for its location near the entrance to Disneyland. It was comfortable and very family-friendly.
