Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Westside

I traveled to LA for a gymnastics tournament. I loved that hotel shuttled to the airport, and the tournament. When i first walked in the hotel, i was amazed on how lovely it was, and when we got to my room... there were some issues. It was in late January and it was pouring rain like catz and dogs. There were pools of water in the corners of the rooms and by the air conditioner/heater. It took the maintenance worker 1 hour to figure out that the windows were leaking. We finally moved rooms later. The bathrooms did not have fans in them, so it took it a while to clear out the fog out of the bath room. Now for the good, The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!!!! And we got to see many international gymnasts at the restaurant and in the lobby.

It was a convenient location to downtown Los Angeles and other places we wanted to visit. They had affordable rates for pretty good accommodations. I had no complaints to register.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and pleasant.

The location is close to the airport. The hotel runs shuttles to and from the airport. My room was an upgrade, which was an unexpected bonus. My room was in excellent condition, well furnished and very clean. The hotel is near an excellent diner, Dinah's. The staff was eager to help, efficient and effective.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was very obliging, after a delay at check in.
