Very comfortable, clean room and nice staff but location is a bit inconvenient for Mayo Clinic visitors. Hotel does offer a shuttle service to Mayo which could be a plus for some people. I don't know that I would stay again if I were visiting...
23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The breakfast in the morning was absolutely horrible. We had to cut our trip short and after two weeks we are still waiting on the refund for the nights we did not stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville Butler Boulevard.
I might recommend it to friends.
28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Checking in and out was easy. The room was decorated very nicely. I loved everything but the restaurant. The food was (for a lack of better word) nasty. Overall, I would stay again.
