I requested a non smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I got the room changed without difficulty.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a very convenient location and within a short drive are shopping and beaches.

I am very likely to return to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville.

They offer excellent service, a clean pool and nice rooms. There were no problems during my stay.

I am very likely to return to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville.

23 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The breakfast in the morning was absolutely horrible. We had to cut our trip short and after two weeks we are still waiting on the refund for the nights we did not stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Radisson Hotel Jacksonville.
I might recommend it to friends.
