Radisson Hotel Dublin Pleasanton

There were unsavory people, obviously not hotel guests, loitering in the halls and near the vending machines late at night.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at the reception area was very friendly.

I stayed there for a wedding. Thankfully, the wedding went off better than the hotel stay. When I booked the room, I requested one with two beds. They put me and my friend in a room with only one queen. They said it was the best they could do as the hotel was all booked up, but promised to send up a roll-away bed. I called six times between the time we checked in and the time we had to leave for the wedding. After we got back, the bed still wasn't there. I called two more times with no response. My friend volunteered to sleep on the armchair. The next morning, when I complained about the bed and the lack of response, the manager acted like I was bothering her, and just snorted that that "was the best they could do with the hotel full." In addition, the pool was dirty, the bar was noisy, and the room was small and cramped. Terrible place! Aany hotel in the area has to be better than this dump full of rude, unresponsive staff!

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen or stayed at. The people were wonderful and the rooms were exquisite. The property was breathtaking and the experience was unforgettable.

I travel for business frequently into the area and have stayed at a number of the hotels there. The Radisson was by far the best value. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Sleep Number bed was great. It's in a n excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There's a Starbucks, an Outback Steakhouse and Hooters. The price was a nice surprise. It's almost $90/night less than the Hilton. I would definitely recommend.

I had no strong opinions either way. It was fine.
