Radisson Hotel Dallas Love Field

The people were nice and friendly, but we had problems with our room, water leaked through the wall from somewhere into the carpet. So we had to walk on wet carpet near the sink because a large bath towel couldn't even soak it all up. It leaked the whole weekend and we asked someone to fix it, they said they would and it was never fixed and they never even offered to have us stay in another room.

Also, our key card also had to be reswiped twice because it wouldn't work. It's appearance was nice on the outside, but there were major maintenance problems that we had to put up with which was ridiculous. I wouldn't stay there again.

I have stayed in some of the area hotels for Market for the past three years.

This hotel while it had its problems like the AC being out in the lobby but the friendliness and helpfulness of some of the staff made it a great place to stay.

The hotel has had some updates, but it needs more. I had problems with ants in my room, but I was moved promptly.

The hotel was very nice and clean.

The hotel is overrated. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. The water from the faucet smelled and tasted like lake water. I would stay somewhere else.
