I did not like that calling a 8 number had a charge, plus they needed video games on the TV in the rooms. The pool was awesome and everyone was very friendly, especially the desk staff and the cleaning crew. There was no complimentary breakfast which was disappointing and the food at the hotel was bad. The workout room was hard to find and I did not locate it till I was leaving, but it looked like they just moved it.
The desk staff was very professional.

The stay was great, the shuttle service was fair but they made amendments by providing a free taxi during a delay. Overall, I would rate this a very accommodating hotel and I would recommend it.
