The beds were superb. The room was neat and nice and the curtains were dark which made for great sleeping. The room was quiet with no residual noise from adjoining rooms. The weight machine was broken for one week. But the treadmills were great. The only problem that was experienced was a complete foul up on the billing on check out and one rude individual at check out. She worked for the computer company that installed the new system that caused the foul up. She was very rude and confrontational and should not have been allowed to talk to guests. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
The desk staff was courteous and friendly. they recommended good places to eat. I needed to receive a package at the hotel and it was taken care of for me and I was notified as soon as it arrived.
I am very likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Kenosha.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved the hotel. I stayed there twice during our trip. The only problem was with the workout room. The circuit breaker kept shutting down the equipment.
I was able to relax as I have not been for years.

The staff seemed genuinely glad that I was staying at their hotel. I was offered complete answers to my questions in a manner that made me feel that I was a guest and not a bother.
