Staff were attentive and courteous.
Our room had a sliding glass door with a view of the elevator. This caused a lot of noise as every time it stopped on our floor it dinged and then we would hear people talking.
The air conditioner was on its last leg and started making all sorts of squeaking noises in the middle of the night.
The food wasn't very good. Breakfast buffet was $11 and didn't have pancakes, waffles, or french toast on it.

Everything for the business conference was neat, organized, and clean. BUT...we were served a meal that was overall one of the worst meals I've eaten in years. I'll will say, the salad was good. The rest of it either had no taste or it was over-seasoned (ie baked chicken breasts with GENEROUS amounts of Rosemary) OR everyone at the table was guessing at one dish to try to determine what it was. The meal was served by the restaurant there in the Radison. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay for it. I'd rather travel, save money at the Comfort Inn and eat where they know how to cook.

We were expecting a remodeled hotel by the time we held our meeting. The remodeling had not begun, and the hotel had an awful smell, mainly on the lower floors. There were not enough empty rooms to move to a higher floor. The meeting room was fine, though.
I am not likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel Columbia & Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Excellent
Sleep number bed with lots of good pillows, great showers with plenty of pressure, even on the top floor. Excellent breakfast buffet, and great maid service.
We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The room was very nice. The sleep number beds were wonderful and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My family and I felt very safe and secure at the hotel. When we went down for lunch we were too late to dine in the restaurant but were directed to the bar for lunch which turned out to be very nice and pleasant with a very nice waitress. We have to travel to Columbia about every 6 months with my 1 year old daughter for a routine check up with one of her doctors and we plan on staying at the Radisson every time we are in town. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay comfortable, pleasant, and safe!!
