We stayed here 5 days - 5/10/08 through 5/14/08. We loved the Sleep Number Bed - probably the most comfortable sleep we have experienced at any hotel we've every stayed at.
Clean- very clean - maid service is excellent and a mint was left on the pillow.
Great mountain views from the restaurant - breakfast is free each morning. Front staff addressed us by name. We felt safe and secure. We weren't bothered by any "airport" noise at all, with it being across the highway & down the road. This location is very, very convenient to various restaurants. It is also away from any conjestion of traffic, but located close enough to visit Colorado Springs attractions easily. We would definately choose this Radisson again on our next visit.
Comment: We do find this hotel as an older version & think it should undergo a remodelling update, though it is again very clean - just dated.

I love this hotel. They have a beautiful restaurant and conference center. They also have a chapel. The rooms are big and clean. They have microwave and fridge. The staff is so nice. They have apples at the front desk.

The staff is very friendly, always remembered my name. The "free" breakfast was outstanding, love the fresh fruit! Rooms are very spacious with free high speed internet access & business center. Great place.

Good
Everything about the Raddison was good except the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We had our daughter with us and she slept well by herself on the double bed, but my husband and I did not sleep very well sharing a...

There were what appeared to be mouse droppings in the cabinet under the wet bar sink. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was overpriced but tasty and the service was absolutely slow and below average. I stayed there due to the blizzard and I was told when I made reservations that they had a hot tub, but not that it was outdoors! The pool was inside, but too cold to use. The door was frozen to even attempt to go outside to the outdoor hot tub and the exercise room adjacent was too cold for me to use, too. I was billed an outrageous amount for free local calls of short duration. That problem was fixed promptly and apologized for and then it happened again. The second time was resolved promptly as well. I chose this place to stay because it had a restaurant. It was not a good experience for over one hundred dollars. The last time I stayed at a Radisson hotel it was a different one and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but I would not recommend the one by the airport in Colorado Springs to anyone.
The room was what made me feel comfortable. The temperature was nice and warm with a blizzard raging outside. The bed was easy to sleep in and the furniture was comfortable. It was very tasteful decorated.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.
