I was very disappointed with how dirty and poorly maintained this hotel was. When
I went to the desk to get the key, I had to wait until the desk clerk finished his conversation with another employee and it was not work related.
We purposely stayed for the view, but our windows were so dirty that we had to open the doors to see out and take pictures. The lock was broken, we had to temporarily fix our tub drain to take a shower, the towel rack was broken and fell off when we put our towel on it, the mirrors were dirty and the handset on the phone was broken so we had to go to our desk in the room where the phone was and use the speakerphone on the base. We will never stay there again.
The food in the restaurant was very good. My husband and I both agree that we would go there to eat again. But, the windows in the restaurant should be cleaned daily. We were there at 7:00 pm and the windows were very dirty with handprints, etc. People pay good money for the view and they should be able to enjoy it without looking through "stuff". But the food was excellent. I think it was fairly priced for the portions and the staff was very courteous.
We definitely will eat there again, but we will be sleeping elsewhere!
