Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

I stayed at the Radisson Riverfront the 17th-21st of December and woke up after the first night with strange looking red bumps. they didn't itch at first so I didn't think it was a bug bite. By the 4th day I was covered in itchy red welts!! After doing much research on the internet, I quickly learned I was being bit by bedbugs. When I showed the desk clerk my chewed up neck and arms she smiled at me and said "oh, we will have to find that spider." This hotel doesn't just have bugs, the rooms are old and run down, the room service is horrible(good luck getting something to eat at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, its not lunchtime and its too early for dinner. You our lucky if anybody even picks up) The beds are uncomfortable and the bed frames squeak every time you move. My stay there was a total nightmare. Oh and one other thing... Be careful walking around there at night. Scary stuff and next time I happen to visit Cincinnati I'll stay downtown.

I ABSOLUTELY loved this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and well taken care of. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where the towels were soft. The locality is perfect for all of Cincinnati's attractions. Their sales manager Kristen was VERY knowledgeable and helpful both prior to our visit and during. I don't think I have EVER rate anything a 10 but will have to in this case.

Dismal entrance and lobby, wifi was out for 24hrs., many areas showed real need for maintenance and repair, lock broken on window, food was ordinary, rugs torn, advertised a gift shop which didn't exist, had a refrigerator but no microwave, employees in lobby didn't know checkout time, garage leaked big-time during storm, understaffed, view was not as good as advertised/ After a bad night of sleep, we discovered out our preferred "sleep number" and slept better--takes a while to get used to a glorified "air mattress," toilet was slow and loud, not your father's Radisson.

I loved the Radisson hotel. It was my honey moon and I could not have asked for a better place to spend a wonderful week.

This hotel made me feel pampered: It was a really nice atmosphere. I loved the room service and the moving restaurant.

The bed was very uncomfortable and very hard. The pool was cold and cloudy. It was a great location. The restaurant personnel was not very nice. We were not dressed up, therefore, they did not treat us like we had the money to spend there.
