Radisson Hotel Chicago O'Hare

It did not look that great from the outside. However once inside I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was pleased with the nice environment that was quiet and simple.

This hotel does not know how to handle groups. Our group reservation was set up in advance however, once the group started checking in, there were nothing but problems. The staff behind the desk was completely unorganized and unable to help our group.

Members of our group were harassed at the front desk regarding billing. There was no communication from one staff person to the next. When one person's issue was, what they thought was resolved, the next morning that same person would have the same issue and have to go to the front desk and start over again. This happened to the majority of our group on and off during our stay. The staff was unfriendly, rude and never once apologetic for the inconveniences caused by their own lack of communication and faulty system of group stays. Save the headache and use a different hotel. This hotel is run down and not at all worth the hassle.

Location, Location, Location. The hotel is very old if not obsolete and needs major renovation, but the location is great - on Magnificent Mile. We got a rood near elevator - it was noisy. Generally, the isolation is very bad - you hear everybody who is going in the corridor. Service was above average. Parking is very expensive - $39 per day. To my opinion, you can find better deal in Chicago downtown area

It was in a strategic location, right by airport. It was beautifully maintained. My room was very clean, neat and comfortable. The service was very good.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly. With a nice chocolate chip cookie they welcomed us. The service was very good.
