40 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The service that we got at the Radisson Hotel was just wonderful and everyone was so nice to help us if we had a problem. We have a nice room and the hotel was very quiet.
We could sleep with no interuptions and the heated pool and jacuzzi was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was going to visit Charleston. It was in a good location for shopping at the mall and the Tanger outlets. I will be visiting the Radisson again.

There was an African American man who works the night shift this past weekend August 30 who is very sweet and helpful.They over charged my card and the manager has yet to return my call with the reason why. The hotel is nice only vending machines...

Comfortable.Pool was closed for private event. This is a nice hotel with good customer service. The dining facility is nice. The hotel needs to post when the pool is being used for private use. Our overall stay was nice.
