It was in a safe area, and there always seemed to be people in the lobby area. The doors were secured and needed key access after certain hours.

The Comfort Inn charged higher room rates than what they listed on their website (not online travel agency). The hotel personnel said you had to reserve a room online to get lower rates but the website did not say that.
