Approx. 9:30 pm we arrived at FT McDowell Casino. My daughter wanted to go to the casino for her 21st B-day, so her dad, me (her mom)and she drove nearly an hour (remember the price of gas) and was not there 1/2 hour before we were thrown out. We played 3 gamess of wheel of fortune and bought 1 drink and danced to the band...we don't know why we had been escorted out...the security guards said we were extremely intoxicated! WHAT?! I think that they saw my daughter and I dancing and thought we were gay! UNBELIEVABLE! We definitely were NOT intoxicated beyond our limits! When we confronted the security guards with our thoughts as we were being followed out to our car, they laughed and then told us they were just doing their job, and when I introduced my daughter and I her mother they apologized over and over but they said that they couldn't do anything about it. The Fort McDowell experience was absolutely horrible!

The rooms are over priced. The staff was very rude. A group of us wanted to go into Scottsdale but they refused to call the taxi we used during a previous visit, and tried to force us to use their expensive sedan service. We did go to the casino next door and they called the taxi we had used before for us. We as customers should have a choice in transportation since the resort is so far out from many places!

It was an excellent hotel, with great rooms and the casino was very handy. The only problem was the food in the restaurant and getting coffee when I wanted it.
The chairs, even the desk chair, were very comfortable. The footstool was great. The bed was outstanding in comfort!
I am very likely
to return to the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Without naming names, the onsite restaurant and staff were exceptional! The hospitality was beyond expectations!
Every person was treated as a VIP! The concierge was attentive to everyone! It is located amongst the beauty of Arizona. It was an easy commute to all activities.
I am very likely
to return to the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Its a very beautiful new hotel. We enjoyed the stay. It only seemed as though front desk could have been more knowledgeable about the services the hotel has.
I appreciated that the phone service knew who was calling each time I called the front desk and that after the first night the front desk staff remembered my name as I passed by or had a question.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
