This is a nice hotel. The outside does not convey the nice features found inside. The sleep number beds were an excellent amenity.

It’s centrally located and comfortable and has a friendly staff. The Sleep Number beds are great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture was good, not worn, and not too much for the room, as it sometimes is in hotels.

I enjoyed the quiet and the fact that the ice machine was away from the rooms. It had a decent lobby, a fairly friendly front desk, and had a treadmill and bike. It had a pool and restaurant also. I disliked the fact that the room lighting was very dim, the ceiling in the shower was cracking, the toilet ran constantly, I could feel springs in the mattress, and the pillows were all foam. I loved the Ashira bath products.

I thought I was getting one of the sleep number beds and I did not. I asked for a king size one, but I got two double beds. The bed skirting was well worn and the bed was lumpy. But the room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy!

There were no problems. It was a very nice facility with a friendly staff. It had a convenient location.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was treated with respect by the staff. I was not being judged by appearance.

I love the Radisson hotel's hospitality, cleanliness and atmosphere. I would encourage anyone traveling to use them, especially their all inclusive stays. They are the best and they have very reasonable rates.

It was fine, but I would not stay at a hotel for the price if I had to pay for it.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The appointments were plush, the furniture in room was very nice, yet functional.

It was the official hotel for the North Texas Irish Fest. That alone made it a good time.

The location is wonderful if you want to travel around downtown on foot. Both times I have stayed there in 2005 and 2006 the fire alarm went off randomly; other than that it is an excellent hotel.

The front desk clerk was inattentive and unfriendly. The room was poorly cleaned and very small. The staff gave incorrect directions to a local restaurant.

The hotel was 'ok' but nothing special. It was average at best compared to other hotels in its class. It's adequate if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel itself. The TV programming is definitely the worst I've experienced in the last year.

The rooms were dark - heavy curtains, poor window location, and dark wood, dark bedspread. Very gloomy. The bathroom fixtures were old - and not in the best condition either. Slow elevator. Poor parking situation. Overpriced for what is received.

They are very friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs.

They put themselves out more than expected from any hotel.
