Horrible
Nice bed.Loud noise from upstairs and train. Do not stay unless you are in the rear top of the hotel to avoid the noise issue. When reported the staff did not have adequate customer service. Upon arrival the staff had poor customer service.

I can always depend on this hotel's quality. The grounds and landscaping are quite nice for an in-town hotel. The included breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It's convenient to Cal Poly, so guests should book early!
