Horrible
This hotel is dirty. When we stayed, the air conditioner was broken in two of our four rooms, the tolet did not work. I had to fix the toilet myself and was told by the manager that most hotels require guest to fix plumbing issues. The walls had...
35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I liked the way it looked on the outside...we were only in town for a couple of days but wanted to stay somewhere nice. It's supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in Jonesboro, but we found out very quickly the the name "Quality Suites" is very misleading. Once we checked in we sat in our room to relax...almost immediately we noticed that the jacuzzi was filthy, that wasn't a big deal b/c I always bring/purchase something to clean tub/shower when I usually stay at a hotel. We got ready to go to bed, when we pulled the covers back, it was obvious that the sheets had not been changed, after we removed the pillowcases the pillows had dark yellow stains on them, and also blood stains. It was apparent that the pillows were old and reused and unwashed. We stripped our bed and hair and a roach fell out of the covers. That was all we could take were offered a new room but they were not better...by then we were exhausted the front desk attendant was very accomodating but she was very new and unexperienced and I can't believe her manager left her there alone on a Friday night. I did talk to the Asst. manager on the phone and she offered to charge us for one night ($160.00). I don't feel like we should have paid anything and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for that price we could have stayed at a Motel 8 or someother low budget hotel. It is very evident that the manager of that Quality Suites hotel is ripping customers off. You could tell that he cut corners by not purchasing new pillows, new sheets (because all the sheets we looked at, looked like hospital bedsheets from about 20 years ago). All of the rooms were of piss poor quality, even the hotel lobby doors were filthy, which was a very good first indicator that we should not have stayed. We ended up buying new bed linen. I WILL NEVER GO BACK...DON'T STAY AT THIS FILTHY PLACE WITH THE BAD MANAGER!
For starters, make sure you bring a can of WD-40 for your door hinges, they're louder than an old rusty barn door. Carpet could use replacing, and management should replace the burned out light bulbs before customers decide to complain. Poor...

Horrible
Nothing. Our room was still not available at 8:30 pm.“This was the worst experience in a hotel ever. Our room wasn't available till 8:45 after repeated attempts to check in. The toilet backed up and the heat put out a bad smell that set off the fire...

Mediocre
Caution to all travelers, this hotel may look clean at first but if you turn your pillow over you may find hairs from previous resident. Staff apologized but did not seem surprised or very concerned.
the bedroom is in the back of the suite with a closing door to cut off hallway noise. There are three resturants near the hotel that you can walk to and a nightclub called the...
Very nice comfortable hotel. Great location, good parking. I will stay their again if I have the opperunity again.Great, great, great, great, great, place. Clean rooms. Big pool.
MY HUSBAND AND I ABSOLUTLY LOVED IT THERE AND IF WE EVER NEED TO COME BACK TO JONESBORO WE WILL BE STAYING IN THE QUALITY SUITES. THE SERVICE THERE WAS EXCELLENT.
From the first phone call, when Anita answered with "How can we help you?" That is not an uncommon question for the front desk of most establishments to ask, but the genuine sincerity in her voice was followed by REAL help and REAL concern. I had...
