Okay
The room was clean and the front desk staff was fine. Our room was close to the highway and I could hear the traffic all night. I tried switching rooms but they were completely booked. The door between the living area and the bedroom was off track....
33 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The room had a distinct moldy smell to it. Unfortunately, during our stay, we were unable to lessen the odor. There was a large group staying at the hotel at the same time with many children who were up and running around the hotel at all hours of the night and no one seemed to do anything about the noise they made. The complimentary breakfast was way better than expected and it actually offered quite an impressive variety.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Suites Bluebonnet Centre.
I might recommend it to friends.
