We were in Pittsburgh to attend the NFL kick off concert. Most hotels in the area were sold out. We got one of the last rooms available here. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay. The staff was nice enough, but the place needs some major updating!

This way by far the worst place we have ever stayed and we travel a lot. The person that checked us in was extremely rude. They claim to be dog friendly, but are NOT. They suggested kennels. I guess they don't get why people choose to travel with their pets. Let me tell you this was not nice to find out after you have traveled a long way. Most kennels require papers and Kennel Cough. The room smelled and was not very clean. I would highly discourage anyone from staying. There are quite a few very nice hotels right up the road.

Horrible
When I went to check us in, I checked out the lobby and adjoing areas, which were all very clean and reasonable. We booked 2 nights and got a room around the back of the hotel. When we entered, I was ready to turn around and check back out, my wife...

I didn't like the dirty windows, the noise from upstairs, why would you rent out the top floor to people with noisy children?? The water tank was constantly running out. The staff were nice when we arrived and on the phone.
The good parts about it were the internet connection, the ease of checking in and out, the design of the place being that they're individual suites and not a dorm style high rise hotel. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked well in comparison to other places we've been.
Now, I don't know if we just don't wake up early enough, but forget about housekeeping if you're a late riser. And forget about getting any answers about that answered.

We liked the suite style of the facility which included a full kitchen area and a fireplace. The location was also convenient, near downtown Pittsburgh.
The accommodations were more than expected.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.
