The rooms are good quality for the price,the king room has plenty of space and comfort. Would rate the amenities poor because of the management. Not the best choice for the business traveler. The evening I check-in the lady had the lobby locked at 7:00 pm because she was afraid. There was no coffee prepared in the lobby for guest, just a little unfriendly. The breakfast is lackluster, the reason states the front desk staff is the management is trying to control costs, plus will not allow them to unlock the lobby to 6:30 am sharp.The area is a very nice, near the mall and some very good restaurants.

I liked it, it was newly renovated, the breakfast was adequate and the rooms were clean.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a very good location for a short stay in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very much like family or old friends.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
