Good

I was here for a couple of nights with my family.The Inn was very nice and well maintained. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was very accomodating. I think this is a good one for the price and would recommend this hotel to anyone...

They must give better directions to the hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn on the Lake.
I might recommend it to friends.

Good
71 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I liked the location since I was seeing my doctor. I liked the service. I liked the people there and I would recommend others to go there.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn on the Lake.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

When I needed an extra pillow since I'm asthmatic, they went right out and got me the pillow without having a problem with it. Also, we told them it was our 22nd anniversary and everyone kept asking if we were enjoying our stay. And when we asked for air freshener due to the smoke coming in from the people next door, the maid who just got off the clock went and got the air freshener for me so that I could breathe.

The hotel workers there were very laid back and had a wonderful attitude. They made me feel like had known them all of my life and was very polite, up to date on things, and all around wonderful!
